Cameron first developed an interest in healthcare and manual therapy after experiencing several injuries in his youth that sidelined him from sport on multiple occasions.
He is trained in the use of Shockwave Therapy, dry cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation. A regular user of cryotherapy himself, Cameron is passionate about promoting the health and wellbeing benefits of cold exposure.
He has a strong interest in a range of sports—including football, golf, and boxing—both from his own playing days and through the various athletes he has supported in his care.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys socialising with friends and keeping fit.

Having played football from the age of 5 years old I have always had a love for sports and exercise. As I got older I have suffered my injuries of my own which I have had treated through sports therapy which spiked my interest in the profession.
I studied at University of the West of Scotland completing a Sports and Exercise science degree completing modules such as Injury prevention and rehabilitation, Strength and conditioning as well as Exercise physiology to name a few. I am a Level 3 CIMSPA qualified Personal trainer & gym instructor and a Qualified Level 4 massage therapist.
In my spare time I like to go to the football following Motherwell FC home and away when I can. I also enjoy watching other sports such as boxing, darts and golf. My knowledge doesn’t just end at injury prevention and rehabilitation as I am also a multi-time local pub quiz champ winner.

Lauren worked in health and social care for 15 years before a serious spinal injury meant she needed to transition into an office-based role.
Having experienced a serious spinal injury herself, Lauren can relate closely to the pain patients may be dealing with. She enjoys supporting patients through their recovery, seeing their progress after appointments, and encouraging them to use the Cryotherapy chamber to aid healing and help manage pain.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, cold-water dipping, paddle boarding, and making the most of beach days in the summer.
