Javier is originally from Andalucía, in southern Spain, and he lived in London for over 10 years. His journey into healthcare began with a passion for helping people move and feel better. Starting as a massage therapist, he quickly realized that many of his clients sought not only relief but also answers about the root causes of their discomfort. This curiosity led him to pursue higher education in Chiropractic, completing his Master’s degree in London.
Eager to broaden his expertise, Javier spent 3 months in Ivory Coast to further develop his chiropractic skills, particularly in the Gonstead Technique. With more than five years of experience as a Soft Tissue Therapist in some of Europe’s most prestigious luxury health clubs, including Third Space and Equinox, Javier brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to his practice. His background in both massage therapy and chiropractic care allows him to take a holistic approach—addressing not just symptoms, but also underlying issues to support long-term health and recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Javier is passionate about sports, health, and reading. A dedicated Real Madrid supporter, he enjoys staying active and living the values of wellbeing that he encourages in his patients.
Whether working with athletes, professionals, or anyone seeking better movement and health, Javier’s goal is to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in their bodies.

He is trained in the use of Shockwave Therapy, dry cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation. A regular user of cryotherapy himself, Cameron is passionate about promoting the health and wellbeing benefits of cold exposure.
He has a strong interest in a range of sports—including football, golf, and boxing—both from his own playing days and through the various athletes he has supported in his care.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys socialising with friends and keeping fit.

Lauren worked in health and social care for 15 years before a serious spinal injury meant she needed to transition into an office-based role.
Having experienced a serious spinal injury herself, Lauren can relate closely to the pain patients may be dealing with. She enjoys supporting patients through their recovery, seeing their progress after appointments, and encouraging them to use the Cryotherapy chamber to aid healing and help manage pain.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, cold-water dipping, paddle boarding, and making the most of beach days in the summer.
